Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska.
Can you tell us a little about your family?
I’ve been married to my college sweetheart, Mike, since 2021. We have a daughter who keeps us on our toes, along with our golden retriever and cat, who round out our little family.
Who is someone you admire and why?
I really admire Taylor Swift—not just for her talent, but for her resilience, creativity & songwriting skills, and the way she continues to evolve while staying true to herself.
What do you love doing in your free time?
I love trying out new hobbies! Lately, I’ve been into gardening, making sourdough bread, doing Pilates, and diving into a good book.
What are you most passionate about in your dental career?
Helping people overcome dental pain is incredibly rewarding. I’m passionate about creating a comfortable and supportive environment so patients can feel confident and cared for.
What are your most passionate about outside of work?
Gardening brings me so much joy. My dream is to create a certified pollinator habitat in my backyard. In the summer, I love harvesting blooms from my cut flower garden to make fresh bouquets for the house. My favorite cut flowers to grow are Zinnias, Dahlias, Cosmos, and Celosia.
What’s your go-to breakfast?
Anything from LePeep! But my favorite is their cinnamon roll paired with a latte—comfort food at its best.
What inspired your path into dentistry?
Getting braces in middle school sparked my interest in dentistry. I was fascinated by how much a confident smile could transform someone’s life—and I knew I wanted to help others feel that same confidence.
How do you hope patients and colleagues remember you?
As someone who is kind, gentle, and a great listener. I want people to feel truly heard and cared for.
What’s your favorite ice cream flavor?
Chocolate and cake batter with sprinkles and M&M’s from Coldstone—it’s the perfect sweet treat!
Do you have a favorite movie you could watch over and over?
The entire Harry Potter series. I grew up completely immersed in the magic—I used to wait in line for the midnight movie premieres with my friends, and it became such a special part of my childhood. Even now, rewatching the series feels nostalgic and comforting, like revisiting old friends.
Who’s the funniest person you know?
My husband, Mike. He keeps me laughing every day.
